No color-matching, no number-matching — if it's in your hand, it's legal. Here's everything you need to sit down and play.
Deal seven, flip one
Every player gets 7 cards. The rest form the draw pile — flip the top card to start the discard pile. Whatever action is printed on that first card is ignored.
Play any card, any time
Since every card is wild, you never match colors or numbers. On your turn, play any single card from your hand straight onto the discard pile and resolve its action.
Nothing to play? Draw
Draw one card from the pile. You can play it immediately if you want, or hold it and pass your turn — your choice.
Shout "NEO!" at one card left
The moment you're down to your last card, hit the NEO! button before an opponent catches you first — get caught without calling it and you draw 2 penalty cards.
Empty your hand — win
First player to play their last card wins the round. In PvP, that's also the moment the pot pays out.
